We offer USPS priority shipping for all of our products, and free priority shipping on orders over $50.

Elixily uses a SSL to ensure our customer transactions are secure.

We offer exclusive coupons through our newsletter subscription, social media promotions, and seasonal sales. Coupon codes generated this way will stop working once the promotion has ended or after the offer has been redeemed the maximum number of times. We do not offer rain checks on coupons or sales.

At Elixily, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below:

  1. Return Eligibility: You may return unused items within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them.
  2. Refunds or Store Credit: Refunds or store credit will be granted at the sole discretion of Elixily.com. To request a refund or store credit, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return. If your return is approved, you’ll need to return the unused portion of the product to us.
  3. Refund Processing Time: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.
  4. Elixily’s Discretion: Elixily.com reserves the right to make return and refund decisions at their sole discretion. We may refuse a return or refund request if we determine that it does not comply with our return policy or if we believe that the return is fraudulent or abusive.

By making a purchase on Elixily.com, you agree to abide by this return policy. We work with various third party vendors to provide our customers with the highest possible quality plants, herbs, and botanicals and occasionally will not be able to offer a refund on products supplied by third party vendors. USPS priority shipping takes 2-3 business days from the time your order is shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to populate

Mitragyna speciosa (commonly known as kratom, an herbal leaf from a tree of the Rubiaceae family, is a tropical evergreen tree in the coffee family native to Southeast Asia. It is indigenous to Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, and Papua New Guinea where it has been used in herbal medicine since at least the nineteenth century. It has also historically been used for chewing, smoking, and tea. Kratom has opioid like properties and can have some stimulant-like effects or relaxing anti anxiety like effects.
